The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our homes reach potential buyers in the most effective and efficient way possible. By managing the input and maintenance of our listings on various online third-party platforms, the person in this position will be the backbone of our digital showcase, helping people find their next home with Stanley Martin. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure all marketing invoices and payments are processed smoothly, keeping our operations running effectively. Responsibilities and Duties: Inputs, manages, and maintains all (Multiple Listing Service) MLS Listings content for multiple regions in Maryland and Virginia and across our footprint.

Works closely with the Marketing Operations team to keep online listings up to date, accurate, and ensures they are meeting all the rules and regulations of each local MLS system

Runs weekly and ad hoc reports on MLS listings and sends to Marketing and Division Sales leadership

Codes all department invoices and credit card expenses; keeps track of receipts; ensures all invoice and credit card expenses are tracked

Orders corporate collateral with external vendors, routes requests to vendors for fulfillment and tracks all shipping

Maintains MLS Adminand New Homesemail inboxes by responding to inquiries and forwarding email messages to the appropriate corporate and divisional teams

Maintains Stanley Martin online promotional store and supports the sales and marketing team in ordering and maintaining promotional item catalog

Assists with the planning an execution of in and out of office Marketing Team events

Assists with other marketing projects as needed

Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications.

Adhere to safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications preferred

Previous MLS experience is required.
