RN Clinical Lead PACU Full Time Days Position Summary

The RN Clinical Lead serves as the clinical functional lead, accountable for the clinical monitoring/site management delivery of assigned study(ies). The position as defined by scope provides leadership, mentoring, and technical support to the Clinical Operations team to ensure quality of deliverables and achievement of financial goals. May provide administrative line management, which includes oversight of training, compliance, performance and career management, and development of direct reports.

Education : RN Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master’s degree)

Experience : Prefer 2 years’ experience in functional RN role

Professional Requirement : RN License, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.

Certifications : BLS certification required. ACLS and CPI required within 3 months of hire for ED, ICU, SDU, HS, FLOAT, TELE, MS, GIL, IR, L&D, PACU, and SDS. PALS or ENPC required within 3 months of Hire date for ECC, PACU, HS, SDS and Float. CPI required for ED, Float, NA and HS. NRP required within 3 months of hire for LD and NICU.
