Stand Up Forklift Operator Our logistics client is seeking a Warehouse Associate with Stand Up Forklift experience.
Schedule : 12pm to 8pm
Pay Rate:
$20/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate electric or gas powered stand-up forklift to transport materials within the warehouse facility
- Load and unload trucks and ensure safe and efficient handling of all cargo
- Read and understand load instructions, bills of lading, shipping orders and other documentation
- Stack and arrange materials neatly and securely on racks, pallets or shelves according to instructions
- Work neatly and efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, properly using safety equipment
Skills Required: - Previous forklift operating experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Team player attitude with ability to multitask
