Description The Leidos Intelligence Group has an opening for a TS/SCI with polygraph cleared Registered Nurse who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Northern Virginia. The Registered Nurse will serve as a trusted and close advisor to the customer providing support as follows, but not limited to: * The Registered Nurse provides care in a systematic way in an outpatient setting * Incorporates differences into the provision of care while integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients * Incorporates data and information to improve care and enhances outcomes while ensuring improvements in practice settings * Performs essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include taking vitals, stocking exam rooms, giving vaccines, blood draws, etc * Formulates plans of care based on trends of similar patients including patient education * Adapts standards and guidelines for individual patients * Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experience * Works with the customer and healthcare teams to achieve maximum productivity * Documents all patient care activities as per customer documentation standards * Assists the healthcare team with the documentation process * Acts as a clinical resource and serves as a mentor to healthcare team members while displaying leadership behaviors * Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications * TS/SCI with polygraph clearance * Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience * Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in any of the 50 states or DC. * Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences, both in person and in writing * Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and teambuilding skills, and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. * Ability to work well under pressure with strong customer service skills. * Keen flexibility and creativity; ability to identify and respond to evolving priorities and identify solutions to problems. * Strong organizational skills, sound judgement, and flexibility to adapt and adjust to changing priorities. * Ability to plan, set goals, and determine strategies for accomplishing results, as well as monitor, evaluate and report on progress towards goals.
