Caregivers/CNA's/MA/HHA/Nursing Students

Seeking full and part time team members. ONE ON ONE CAREGIVING RATIO. Responsibilities to provide direct patient care to our clients. Perform duties for client to include dressing assistance, ambulating assistance, bathing, assisting client to toilet. Light housekeeping to include cleaning bathroom, kitchen after meals, meal preparation, vacuuming, and laundry as needed and per contract. Transportation to doctor and dentist appointments, and errands to be performed such as grocery shopping, and drug store. We offer an IRA.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Certified Nurse Aide or Certified Medical Assistant or a junior in an accredited BSN program or 2nd year in ADN program, or Equivalent Experience

One year minimum of recent experience in an unlicensed assistive role or hospital setting or two years experience in nursing home

Demonstrates Good Attendance records

Demonstrates interpersonal and problem solving skills

Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to provide quality patient care

Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and independently and function at a level of team work

Ability to solve problems

Positive conflict resolution skills

Ability to be flexible and adapt to stressful situations

Desired Qualifications

One Year of direct patient care

Graduate of an approved and accredited CNA program

Must have reliable transportation

Work Schedule:

Hours per week 24, 36, or 40

8 hour shifts or 12 hour shift
