Position Overview:
The Account Representative position is responsible for answering calls, texts, and emails, providing product information, and assisting customer with policy inquiries. Our goal is to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all customers. If desired, this position provides a long-term career path into product sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
  • Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Hours:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
  • Saturday - Sunday, Closed

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
