Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Cardiac Stepdown Nurse to join our team in Petoskey, Michigan.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac stepdown care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Cardiovascular Registered Nurse uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a cardiac stepdown setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in cardiac stepdown care
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to float to similar units
- Michigan license verification
