About the role: The Client Member Shopping Experience team is looking for a smart, organized, and results-oriented project manager who will be primarily dedicated to aligning the Client member shopping experience across our English-language marketplaces (AU, CA, UK, US). This role will coordinate the overall execution of a pre-defined plan for transitioning what was previously multiple distinct customer experiences to a single, unified experience. Critical tasks will include coordinating and maintaining all documentation and information regarding project execution, communicating with and updating team members and internal stakeholders on project execution and results, problem-solving alongside team members to remove obstacles and meet planned deadlines, and lending a hand in the process of project execution as necessary. While 70% of this role is dedicated to project management, 30% is, ideally, reserved for assistance in project execution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in front-end web & app development in a digital marketing context, A/B testing, and customer segmentation and targeting.

Responsibilities include: · Familiarize yourself with a pre-defined plan for a unified customer experience across multiple owned & operated surfaces across multiple markets. Maintain a deep understanding of project dependencies, timelines, and obstacles to execution. · Maintain and lead regular check-in meetings with project stakeholders working on execution. · Regularly communicate with global stakeholders regarding project execution via e-mail, Slack, and live video-calls. o

*Note: this role requires a flexible schedule. In addition to working with partners in North America and Europe, the person in this role is expected to be available to communicate and work with partners in Australia for roughly 3 hours per week on average. · Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to obstacles to project execution · Work together with project stakeholders to establish and meet deadlines for project tasks. · Regularly update team leadership on project progress. · When necessary, assist in the hands-on execution of project tasks including scheduling new content to our surfaces via our proprietary CMS tool, editing existing content, or gathering and organizing information related to execution.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management in a digital marketing environment Experience working with stakeholders and teammates in time-zones beyond your own Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle complex projects and move quickly and proactively to deliver results Strong analytical capability and experience interpreting and communicating success metrics Experience working cross-functionally with multiple

partners/stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools

Preferred Qualifications
