As a key member of an elite group of engineers, you will focus on developing and validating innovative CAE methodologies and processes, particularly in the realm of advanced 1D modeling and analysis.<br><br><strong>Required Skillset:</strong><br>&bull; A minimum of 10 years' experience as a CAE Analyst<br>&bull; An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for two years of the required experience.<br>&bull; Specialization in vehicle dynamics, focusing on areas such as vehicle handling, ride comfort, noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), steering, and brake performance.<br>&bull; Expertise in 1D and Model-Based Design (MBD) CAE tools, including Matlab, Simulink, Simscape.<br>&bull; Proficiency in vehicle dynamics simulation software like CarSim, CarMaker.<br>&bull; Skilled in multi-body dynamics software such as Simpack or Adams, and AmeSim.<br>&bull; Proficient in programming languages, particularly Python and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).<br>&bull; BS Degree of higher in ME.<br><br><strong>Bonus Skillset:</strong><br>&bull; Capable of developing custom CAE methods for improved modeling and analysis<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Raymond, Ohio (Hybrid)<br><br> <strong>Type:</strong> Contingent<br><br><strong>Duration:</strong> 12 months with a possibility of extension
