Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their needs to help them in their vehicle selection and buying process Present customers with the selections of vehicles available and educate them on their options
Demonstrate vehicle features, advantages, and benefits by taking customers on test drives
Maintain contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
Other administrative duties such as run credit applications, process transaction paperwork, return emails and voicemails
Qualifications
Must be available to work Saturdays Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Previous experience in sales, customer service, internet sales, or telemarketing is preferred
Superior customer service and follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer and typing skills
Strong attention to details and work well in a process-driven environment
Maintain a professional appearance at all times Bilingual, a plus
