<strong>Job Title: Business intelligence Engineer </strong><br><br><strong>Location: Westborough, MA </strong><br><br><strong>Duration: 11 Months </strong><br><br><strong>Job Type: Contract </strong><br><br><strong>Work Type: Hybrid </strong><br><br>Post this req for:<strong> $58-$58 Per HR on W2</strong><br><br><strong>Job Description: </strong><br><ul><li>The client Robotics Storage Technology Analytics (RST-A) team discovers insights in vast and varied robotic data to help engineering and leadership teams understand how technologies operate across client's network of warehouses.</li><li>We collaborate with designers, software and hardware engineers, and operations teams to understand product requirements, make feature trade-offs, design, and operate new applications of client Robotics technology.</li><li>We conduct relevant, insightful, and actionable analysis and communicate the results through white papers and presentations.</li><li>Our methods include design of experiments, statistical modelling, machine learning, financial analysis, and data visualization.</li><li>A successful candidate has experience solving ambiguous analytical projects and will use data to understand and improve robotic technologies used in the client fulfilment processes.</li><li>We are looking for an analytical jack-of-all-trades who is able to select the right tools to bring clarity to complex questions and help drive technology development and design decisions that shape our actions and outcomes.</li></ul><br><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments</li><li>Design, build and maintain Tableau dashboards and data visualizations supporting new technology launches at client warehouses</li><li>Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of client's robotic technologies</li><li>Employ data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends in the customer base</li><li>Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions</li></ul><br><strong>Job Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>0-5 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets</li><li>Experienced with data visualization using Tableau to create end-to-end dashboard solutions and reports which effectively convey results to a wide range of users</li><li>Strong analytical mindset, ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions</li><li>Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python</li><li>Background (academic or professional) in statistics, data science, or business analytics</li><li>Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders</li></ul><br><strong>Story Behind the Need - Business Group & Key Projects </strong><br><br><strong>Group: </strong><br><ul><li>The Client Robotics Data Science, Business Intelligence & Data Engineering team discovers insights in vast and varied robotic data to help our engineering teams understand how their technologies operate across client's network of warehouses.</li><li>We collaborate with designers, software and hardware engineers, and operations teams to understand product requirements, make feature trade-offs, design, and operate new applications of Robotics technology. In order to support KTLO for existing AR programs (Nike, Drives, existing fabric fulfillment network), RST Analytics requires a Business Intelligence Engineer Temp to support dashboard requests, data engineering pipelines, and detailed deep dive analysis of testing robotic systems.</li><li>Existing BIE FTEs are capable of doing this work, but it is not the most efficient use of their time.
