Fleet Maintenance Supervisor - Sloatsburg

A waste collection company in the New Jersey area is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Managers to join their team in their Sloatsburg location. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mobilizing change in a fluid and growing environment. The organization is projected to grow immensely so we need someone that has helped scale and grow the business with process improvements, hiring new team members and guiding team members to promotion to help with the growth of the team.These individuals should come from a mechanical background either educationally, starting as a maintenance tech, truck dealership experience (large diesel engines/fleet vehicles) or mechanic certifications through Alison, Cummins, Peterbilt, Mack or similar. You should have experience with managing a fleet including scheduling, planning and organizing maintenance.We are looking for someone that is flexible with hours as 85% of the work completed by the organization is from 9pm to 7am. Your core schedule will mainly be 7am-4pm with occasionally Saturday work. However, there could be a 12pm - 9am shift once a month.
