We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role involves supporting our business development efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.

- Network with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, and brokers, to generate leads and build business relationships.

- Coordinate and attend networking events, seminars, and other industry-related activities to promote the company’s services.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.

- Follow up on leads and conduct meetings or presentations for potential clients.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other business development materials.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate the closing process.


Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the title insurance, lending or real estate sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build relationships.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Basic understanding of the real estate, lending and title insurance industries.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
