Job Description

This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in one of our main offices located in Maumee, OH or North Olmsted, OH to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.

DTC Sales Director primary focus will be on driving sales directly to consumers through various channels, directly impacting revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities For This Role

Strategic DTC Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales within the DTC channel. This includes understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. Customer Acquisition: Create and implement strategies to acquire new customers. Leverage digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement. E-Commerce Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the DTC e-commerce platform. Ensure seamless user experience, efficient checkout processes, and effective product merchandising. Digital Marketing and Campaigns: Drive DTC sales through targeted digital marketing campaigns. Utilize social media, email marketing, and other online channels to reach and convert potential customers. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to gain insights into consumer behavior, conversion rates, and sales performance. Use these insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions. Channel Partnerships: Explore partnerships with relevant DTC platforms, influencers, and affiliates. Identify opportunities for co-marketing and cross-promotion.

Qualifications

Requirements and Skills:

Proven track record in DTC sales, preferably within a similar industry. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer trends. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
