The Opportunity The eBay Collectibles Team is looking for a Partnerships Senior Manager to lead our recently announced commercial agreement with PSA - the foremost authority for authentication and grading. The eBay and PSA partnership was developed to streamline the buying, selling, grading, and storage experiences for collectors. eBay is searching for a leader to manage this business. You will work externally with PSA on the partnership roadmap and internally with Product, Marketing, and Merchandising to deliver on business goals with PSA. What you will accomplish: Partner Strategy: Develop and implement the annual operating plan for the PSA partnership and shape future initiatives and expansion. Business Reporting: Dive deep into the business to understand the key levers/drivers and report on the business critical metrics including conversion rate, ASP, top buyer/seller growth, listings growth, lead time, CSAT and more on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Responsible for leading WBR, MBR, QBR conversations and documenting your recommendations and next steps on execution. Marketing: Provide input into return on investment positive marketing onsite and offsite including paid investments and exhibitions (booths as shows). Monitor traffic, conversion, and findings ensuring there is a clear value for every investment that is non-awareness based. Responsible for identifying selection and promotions necessary to support campaigns. Site Merchandising: Responsible for defining a 52-week calendar outlining key retail moments, and seasonal events where eBay should show up on the homepage and category pages (Ex. Superbowl) - partnering with the merchandising team to develop events that generate relevancy, visibility, and GMV growth. Grow Selection: Create a selection strategy and work with the partner to grow the number of listings on eBay. Improve Buyer and Seller Trust: Manage eBay's buyer and seller trust metrics through projects that help customers feel more comfortable buying and selling on eBay. Improve the Customer Experience: Work with consumer insights, sellers, and buyers to identify customer difficulties and then work cross-functionally with the product team to improve the buyer and seller experience. What you bring: 7-10 years experience with increasing responsibility as a general manager in an online retail or marketplace environment. Startup experience valued. Prior experience successfully leading and inspiring diverse teams. Passion for the Trading Cards category & experience in the space and/or relationships with key industry players. Experienced at negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes with third parties in complex negotiations. Execution-driven, growth-oriented, ownership mindset to drive performance against agreed critical metrics. Ability to lead groups of individuals effectively and manage cross-functional coordination. Influencing & negotiating with external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree required, MS/MBA preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
