Maintenance Supervisor/Planner

Responsibilities:

REAL ALLOY is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Planner with excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills at our Morgantown, KY location.

As our new Maintenance Supervisor/Planner for Real Alloy- Morgantown, KY, you will use your knowledge to mentor and train the maintenance team in addition to coordinating the department's various activities including PMs, scheduling/planning, and repairs to equipment and facility.

If you are a Maintenance Supervisor/Planner who can:

- Supervise direct reports who perform the maintenance and repair functions in a safe manner

- Review and assigns work orders to the appropriate team member

- Ensure all team members are properly trained and motivated to perform at a high level

- Understand and communicate the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork within the Maintenance department

- Demonstrate excellent planning/scheduling, organizing, time management, proficient computer skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills

- Comply with plant safety rules company policies and ensure all team members adhere as well.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled, results driven, focussed and experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Plannert to join our Real Alloy- Morgantown, KY Team

If you are an individual with:

-High School Diploma

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and proficient computer skills, experience with Oracle preferred, experience with MVP or any type of CMMS programs

- Background in Manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures are required

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, procedures manuals, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and specifications, etc.

- Knowledge and experince with natural gas furnace and gas combustion systems, bag house and environmental eqipment, refractory, mobile equipment PLCs and electrical

- Ability to use logic and reasoning to analyze best practice maintenance procedures and systems to determine cause and effect relationship.
