Position: Full-Time
Salary: $31.20 - $35.36 per hour (based on years of experience)
Shift: 3 Days On, 5:45 AM - 5:45 PM (Every Other Weekend Off)

Essential Functions:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• New nursing graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
