American Valet is seeking reliable personnel to oversee our lot in the Flagstaff area.

Pay : $12 an hour (also includes additional pay for boots)

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Ability to accurately perform mathematical calculations.

  • Ability to maintain professional, cooperative and pleasant relationships with colleagues
  • Ability to effectively interact with guests, which in some instances will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of hand power tools.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules (day/evening/night/weekends).
  • Available to respond to emergencies when not on site.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to observe safety procedures.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Valid Driver's License


As a Porter/Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Perform/monitor maintenance and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
  • Responsible for completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the building(s) meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with federal, state and local laws.
  • Respond to building related safety concerns.
  • Assist with supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.
  • Ensures that contractors work has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.
  • Transport, dispose of, or relocate equipment and furniture.
  • Maintain vendor relationships.
  • Maintains timely, detailed maintenance records.
  • Maintains adequate stock of parts and consumables associated with planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Ensures tools and equipment inventory are maintained in excellent condition at all times.
  • Report daily activities to the General Managers.
  • Patrol parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.


Direct customers to services and provide directions as needed.

  • Assist customers with locating vehicles or providing customers with instructions for locating vehicles. actively looking for ways to help people.
