Required to maintain work records (work orders, PM's, Materials and parts) on computerized Maintenance system.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years experience as Boiler Operator is reqired.</li> <li>Must possess a Mass 2nd Class Fireman License. </li> <li>Must work well with others and have communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Universal refrigeration license is a plus.</li> <li>Demonstrated mechanical skills techniques</li> <li>Knowledge of HVAC</li> <li>Knowledge of plumbing and piping</li> <li>Read, write and speak English</li> <li>Follow manufacturing/equipment specifications</li> <li>Perform basic math calculations</li> <li>Use blueprints and schematics</li> <li>Use a computer</li> <li>Use/understand measuring devices/tolerances</li> <li>Use various hand and power tools</li> <li>Learn and apply quality standards of workmanship/product</li> <li>To obtain forklift pallet-jack and/or man-lift license</li> </ul>PDN-9bc55a45-849d-41a3-b901-9e992ee6352d
