<strong>Job Summary:</strong> We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Program Specialist to join our Co-Op Operations Team. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic who possess excellent organizational skills, demonstrated professional written and oral communication skills, dedication to client service and support as well as the ability to multitask.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><strong>Customer Relationship Management and Support</strong><br><ul><li>Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat French/English customer support for our client's Co-Op programs.</li><li>Utilizes knowledge of client program guidelines and business rules to review, form independent judgments, determine compliance, and process incentives claims within service level agreements.</li><li>Being part of a culture of performance and continuous improvement and collaborating with internal team to optimize delivery of support and service.</li></ul><br><strong> Qualifications</strong><br><ul><li>AA Degree in Business, Accounting or related field.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Communications preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of excellent customer service.</li><li>Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, able to effectively communicate to all levels of management.</li><li>Provide a high level of service to both external and internal customers and clients.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment to foster a strong working environment.</li><li>Possess problem solving qualities, ability to prioritize and adjust to the circumstances, and a high degree of efficiency in time management skills.</li><li>Strong math skills, attention to detail and proficiency in MS office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook are highly desirable.</li></ul>
