Creative Healthcare Services Corporation is a community-based agency that provides in-home habilitative services for individuals in the autism spectrum. We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated professionals qualified to provide Support Services for eligible children, youth, and young adults, under the age of 21, who are presenting with challenging and difficult behaviors. The task performed could range from assisting the youth to learn or increase basic skills like toileting, feeding, and dressing to instrumental skills like using the phone and computer, budgeting, outdoor safety, etc. These services are intended to transfer skills necessary to achieve and/or maintain the outcomes of increased independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning, and inclusion in the community. Support Services are designed to foster and improve the ability of the family/ caregiver to provide the youth with the needed support so that the youth will remain in the home and in the community with their natural supports, needing no, or minimal outside interventions whenever possible. Currently, we are looking for candidates in OCEAN, MONMOUTH, CUMBERLAND, ATLANTIC, CAMDEN, AND GLOUCESTER COUNTIES.
Behavior Technician Role:
Support Services are provided by Support Workers who implement the interventions specified in the Individual Support Plans. Support Workers work 1:1 in home and in the community delivering evidence-based and data-driven services to youths in the autism spectrum.

- Must have a bachelors degree in psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, social work, and related field***

- Must have a valid driver license* *
- Must be available for professional development trainings as needed*
