A great School is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!Responsibilities and requirements include:Conducts comprehensive assessments and reassessments of a student's functional, behavioral, emotional needs.Analyze data and progress of students regarding their ongoing functional, behavioral and emotional needs. Collaborates, develops and implements, including training of personnel, in behavior support plans (BIP, ISP, others) to support implementation and to improve behavioral outcomes for our students. Works with the students in their environment, requiring flexible clinical processes and scheduling requiring after hours and occasional week-end availability. Provides Crisis management and Classroom push in/pull out support as necessary. Participates in clinical activities to advance field knowledge and engages in activities to remain at the forefront of professional development and advancementsQualifications/Education and Experience:M.S. in clinical, applied behavior analysis, educational, psychology, school psychology or a related fieldAn active New York State License, BCBA certification, and must be in good professional standingAt least 2-5 years experience in conducting functional behavioral assessments, evaluations and interventionsExperience working with students on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities Computer proficiency and a working knowledge of Microsoft and other software, and ability to learn Azimuth SISAbout Centra:Centra Healthcare Solutions is a nationwide employment firm focusing on finding you a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Job.
