Azure Sales Specialist - West & Mid-West

Job Summary As the Azure Sales Specialist for the West & Mid-West Region, you will be responsible for driving adoption of NetApp's Azure cloud portfolio across accounts in the West & Mid-West Territory. You will be responsible for understanding the market pressures customers are facing and mapping NetApp's Azure-related cloud technology to help solve some of their most complex data problems. You should be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships. While this team looks to leverage several Azure-related cloud services NetApp develops the prioritized focus is on driving revenue of Azure NetApp Files, a co-engineered solution between NetApp and Azure. Job Requirements Disrupt the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase a case for change and NetApp's unique value proposition Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and to deliver business outcomes Manage and support the team to develop and execute sales strategies to profitably grow revenues and expand the account base in target markets Passionate in building relationships Ability to understand how technology products and solutions solve problems Experience in technical sales, with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years Adept with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques Education and Experience Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or commensurate experience Compensation The salary range for this position is $244,000 - $298,000 total on target earnings and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
