Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA
- Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders
- Document findings accurately and timely
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and modify patient treatment as indicated
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
