Amigo Mobility International, Inc. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Systems Administrator to support internal and external customers with technology solutions.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the installation and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, phone equipment, and other
  • connectivity equipment
  • Acts as first point of contact for helpdesk requests
  • Keep Amigo up to date on software releases
  • Monitor and ensure daily backups of system data
  • Training of Amigo associates on computer software and hardware
  • Maintain Active Directory and implement group policies
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets timely and professionally
  • Assist and backup other members of the IT department
  • Keep computer/phone equipment running at and in proper configuration
  • Configure network switches, firewalls, and routers
  • Keep detailed notes on configurations and issue resolutions
  • Work with vendors from but not limited to copier, phone, and software companies
  • Maintenance and administration of virtualized and cloud-based SaaS applications
  • Software/hardware projects as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Maintaining computer networks and systems
  • Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance
