<b>The Role: </b> <br> <br>ModernaTX, Inc. seeks an Associate II, Quality Control - Chemistry for its Norwood, Massachusetts location.<br> <br> <b>Here's What You'll Do: </b> <br> <ul> <li>Responsible for performing Current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) Quality Control (QC) testing for QC chemistry, release, and stability. <br></li> <li>Perform analytical chemistry testing including, but not limited to, High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultra-Violet (UV) Chromatography, Particle Analysis and Dynamic Light Scattering, and Karl Fisher. <br></li> <li>Assist with troubleshooting assay methods and equipment. <br></li> <li>Perform data entry and support trending.<br></li> <li>Perform general laboratory support activities including reagent preparation, sample management, and equipment maintenance.<br></li> <li>Responsible for Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) (LabVantage) sample result entry and execution of Electronic Assay Forms in LIMS. <br></li> <li>Perform HPLC and plate reader-based assays in support of manufacturing process stat testing as needed. <br></li> <li>Support stability program. <br></li> <li>Support junior staff with data review, training, and troubleshooting.
