FifthColor is seeking an innovative and visionary VP of Creative to lead our dynamic creative department. This senior leadership role will oversee the Director of Creative and the entire creative team, encompassing graphic design, photography, videography, animation, and more. The VP of Creative will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful creative solutions that exceed client expectations. Lead and inspire the creative department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Manage projects and time sheets to ensure accurate tracking and billing. Provide strategic direction to all creative teams including graphic design, photography, videography, animation, and other creative services. Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with client business goals and needs. Ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards. Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to integrate creative strategies into broader marketing and business initiatives. Manage and mentor creative talent, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Lead client presentations and pitches, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually elevate FifthColor’s creative offerings. Oversee the allocation of resources and budget management within the creative department. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is realized through creative solutions. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creative risk-taking and innovation. Work closely with the VP of Sales to forecast opportunities for growth in the department. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a marketing or creative agency. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative teams and delivering outstanding creative work. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and innovative solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of design principles, photography, videography, animation, and other creative disciplines. Strategic thinker with the ability to align creative vision with business goals. Experience in client-facing roles and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with other creative softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, KeyShot, Blender, and Cinema 4D is a plus. Familiarity with emerging technologies and their creative application. Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements. Creative problem-solver with a collaborative approach to leadership.
