Join Stefanini as a Global Program Executive (GPE), where you'll be the strategic bridge between our organization and a key client. Drive growth, cultivate long-term relationships, and lead program success in a dynamic marketplace. This is a hybrid position, and candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Bridgewater, NJ.
What will you do?
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Forge strong relationships with C-Level executives and key stakeholders.
- Connect client challenges with innovative Stefanini solutions.
- Ensure cross-selling and growth with strategic governance.
Daily Operations:
- Serve as the primary account contact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Drive business development and expansion of global programs.
- Lead program governance and strategic business planning.
- Handle financial responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and P&L, and host Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Review Meetings.
Tactical Excellence:
- Meet and exceed client expectations by overseeing program deliverables.
- Lead global collaboration across internal and delivery teams.
- Proactively manage risks and drive solutions to maintain program momentum.
- Engage with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in business relationship management and IT outsourcing solutions.
- Strong technical background in Enterprise Services (Network & Infrastructure, UEM, Collaboration Services, etc.).
- Expertise in developing C-Level relationships and understanding contractual KPIs, SLAs, OLAs.
- Exceptional communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
