Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description Contract role for 1 year. Core Hours: 8am to 5pm EST We are seeking a Warranty Claims Rep to join our remote team (with core EST hours of operation). This is an exciting opportunity where you will enter a position that requires close coordination with Customer Service, Quality, and Technical Support. The best candidate for this role should have the ability to review and comprehend contracts, process and record warranty claims data with integrity, and accept additional workload as delegated. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, accept delegated workload, and drive completion of tasks within a timely manner per processes as well as uphold the highest standard of professionalism. Essential Skills + Work independently + Review and understand existing warranty contracts and terms + Provide warranty support to all channel partners, consumers, and internal customers + Vet and process warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely manner with detailed records of all RMAs processed into the SalesForce CRM + Execute rational judgment on when to escalate questions and concerns to sr team members + Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Field Service, Product Management, Quality, or Tech Support as needed + Correspond with Returns receiving team on associated warranty claims Work Environment Remote position with core working hours from 8am to 5pm EST.
