FTE.8_ Shift: During Training M-F, 32hr work week. After Training: 3 days a week, 12 hours each day. Day and night shifts available.

Position Summary

The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) works under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide quality care that is focused on the
comfort and well being of the patient and family. Functions include basic patient care activities and customer service-oriented delivery of
care to patients as defined by the nursing assistant skills competency evaluation checklist. This position requires a service-oriented
individual with strong interpersonal skills for the purpose of supporting the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and
social groups. Independent decision-making is expected in the execution of daily routine duties. Decisions regarding patient care or
services require the review and approval of the Registered Nurse. Internal contact may include patient care, Laboratory, and Pharmacy staff
and management. External contacts include physicians, patients, families, and visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) licensure obtained within four (4) weeks of hire
• BLS certification obtained within two (2) weeks of hire
• Previous patient care experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.90 - $19.90 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
