Job Description The LPN is an integral part of the clinical team primarily responsible for providing safe, evidence-based care for our patients, exceptional support, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both the clinicians and the patients. Hard Skills + LPN License in state of CT + Attendance & Reliability + EPIC experience + Medical office experience (1-2 years) Soft Skills + Proven capability to thrive in dynamic, multi-specialty medical settings and various locations Work Site This is a fully on-site position in New Haven, Connecticut.
