Responsibilities

Help to prepare paper and e-contracts to send to the bank.

Posting journals and reconciling accounts/schedules assigned to you with accuracy and in a timely manner.

Daily deposits

Creating shipping labels and shipping necessary paperwork daily.

Backup cashiering and switchboard when needed.

Backup biller with billing new, used, and wholesale car deals.

Process the CVR for car deals including out of state title/deal paperwork.

Scanning and filing paperwork on a daily basis.


Requirements

Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

- Experience: Prior experience in accounting or billing roles is beneficial.

- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and calculations.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members.
