Assembly Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Our client, is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for people development, and is metrics-driven which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Assembly Supervisor - 2nd ShiftLocation: Sheboygan Falls, WI Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000What's the Job? Day-to-day management of employees, including hiring, development, and performance management. Promote a safe work environment by ensuring proper use of PPE and resolving safety concerns. Drive on-time, quality part delivery in accordance with specifications. Complete short interval follow-ups (SIFs) to remove barriers and ensure tasks are completed on time. Train employees on procedures and answer technical questions regarding procedures and resources.What's Needed? Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification. 6+ years of related experience. 1+ year of demonstrated success in a lead or supervisory capacity is preferred. Strong mathematical skills including trigonometry and proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings.What's in it for Me?
