End-User Computing Engineer

Group's End-User Computing Team is looking for an experienced desktop engineer to join our team. We are seeking a desktop engineer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define, design, and develop new features as well as being responsible for the end-point devices architecture, maintenance, and performance.

End-Point Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities

End to end management and configuration of Intune for laptops and mobile devices Ensure we provide an optimized build to end-users Develop processes for automating builds and deployments Define and maintain End-Point device standards Analyze, solve, and correct issues and provide suggestions for solutions Manage patching and support deployment activities after hours Understands and follows best practices and follows documented coding standards for Powershell Identify and correct reported bugs with a goal of improving end-point security and performance Prepare documentations for end-point devices handover to the helpdesk Support the helpdesk with L3 support Recommend and implement emerging desktop technologies

End-Point Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role 5+ years of experience with Intune on both computers and mobile devices 5+ years of experience with Powershell scripting 5+ years of experience with Citrix 5+ years of experience with packaging, SCCM 5+ years of experience with Bit9, Office, Absolute Solid understanding of windows 10 deployment concepts and latest offerings Proven work experience automating deployments Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Experience with creating automations for deployments of computing devices and software Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent liaison and troubleshooting skills Team player Sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on the company's success Good time-management skills

Education and Experience:
