Amentities Project Manager/Superintendent

Job Title: Project Manager-Amenities<br> <br>The Amenities Project Manager will serve as the liaison between the owner and the General Contractor.<br> <br>Duties/Responsibilities:<br> <ul> <li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, and engineering from start to completion.</li> <li>Direct and coordinate trade contractors and sub-contractors when needed.</li> <li>Communicate schedule status and updates to owner</li> <li>Oversee project quality and implement changes when necessary</li> <li>Monitor safety and compliance</li> <li>Work with designers to make sure selections are accurate based on plans</li> <li>Supervise landscape planting, features such as pools, spas, water features,etc.</li> <li>Work with subcontractors to insure all components such as fitness equipment, kitchen equipment, audio/video, lighting, security, phone etc. are selected and track installation.</li> <li>Negotiate and track change orders</li> <li>Review billings and AIA's</li> <li>Create and track budgets</li> <li>Create and track project schedules, providing updates to ownership</li> <li>Travel to and from job site within 120 miles of corporate office.</li> <li>Ability to oversee multiple projects that would include ground up construction and remodeling of existing facilities.</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities:<ul> <li>Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking</li> <li>Experience working on amenities projects such as clubhouses, country clubs, tennis courts, etc.</li> <li>Custom Homes experience is a +</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite</li> <li>Ability to work well in a team setting and also independently.</li> <li>Proficient in construction management software (i.e. Procore, BuilderTrend, BuildPro)</li></ul> #1162927 - Alexa Lukawski<img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjM4MjQ3LjEyNTI0QGhheXNjb21wLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif">
