First Atlantic HealthCare is Presenting the 'Earn as You Learn' CNA Class!
Marshall Healthcare is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program!
This is a 40 hour per week PAID position, at $16.00 per hour that consists of 20 hours of class and clinical experience, with the remaining hours spent as a Unit Aide. If you are accepted in the program, you will be a full-time employee earning your CNA license.
Upon successful completion of the class, you will be placed in a full time CNA position at Marshall Healthcare, with the eligibility to receive a $2,500 sign on bonus (paid out incrementally in your paychecks) and a pay increase to $18.00 per hour! In accepting the sign on bonus, you will be required to sign a promissory note, committing to work for Marshall Healthcare for 2 years.

Requirements to beaccepted into the class:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Participate in a pre-admissions interview
  • Pass pre-employment background check
  • Successfully pass the CASAS assessment that willbe provided to those moving forward in the interview process. (A reading andwriting assessment)
  • Willing to work a 4-day work week while intraining
As a CNA, you will have the responsibilities and duties that includebut not limited to:
  • Assist with daily activities
  • Help residents with personal hygiene
  • Provide adjunct care for the patient
  • Check vital signs and record daily information in the resident's chart
  • Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
  • Adhere to professional standards
  • Follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
