Critical Care Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU

Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for providing exceptional care to critical patients? We are seeking a full-time Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac ICU. In this role, you will evaluate patients, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and develop personalized care plans. We require candidates with 2-3 years of Cardiac ICU experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluating assigned patients and developing care plans
• Performing patient tests and administering medications within scope of practice
• Teaching patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care
• Assessing the post-anesthesia patient population
• Establishing personalized patient goals

Key qualifications:

• Arkansas RN license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
