My client, a global automotive supplier of automotive products, is seeking a hands-on Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team.<br><br>For this position you will need great project management and product engineering skills; coupled with high energy & ability to provide mentorship/leadership. You will need expertise in the areas of injection moulding for the automotive industry, background in robotics/automation and Advance Product Quality Plan (APQP) processes.<br><br>Requirements:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.</li><li>A solid background in robotics and automation is required, ideally in Automotive.</li><li>3D CAD systems knowledge required; Solid works preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Process engineering, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles are a plus.</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude along with strong computer literacy skills required.</li><li>Experience in injection molding, sheet metals, process engineering & quality control.</li><li>Understanding of GD&T and interface application.</li><li>Ability to manage teams, KPI's, processes and P&L.</li></ul><br>Please apply for immediate consideration, or send resume via email to fjohnson@nexus-search.com
