Strategy Advancement Lead - Clinical Outcomes at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-backed strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities related to the high-needs Medicare Advantage (MA) and Special Needs Plan (SNP) populations that benefit from payer led clinical services. This role will focus on opportunities to improve member health outcomes, member and provider experience, clinical quality, and savings to medical costs. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on diverse and complex problems by bringing their own contributions together with other key stakeholders from across the enterprise (clinical, quality, operations, analytics, and business) and leading the end-to-end project of strategy development for key priorities. Location: remote The Strategy Advancement Advisor will drive initiatives to analyze complex problems and issues related to our Medicare Advantage population using data and insight from internal and external sources. They will bring expertise and/or collaborate with subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans. They will work closely with associates and executive leaders from across the enterprise to solicit input, guide data-backed problem solving, and make recommendations to advance our clinical strategy. Ultimately, the Strategy Advancement Advisor will support product and operational partners to translate strategic recommendations into tangible, implemented solutions. This role will help drive strategy development and execution across a range or priority topics.
