Job Summary:
VP Management, a reputable company in Beckley, WV, is seeking a driven and experienced individual to fill the role of General Manager. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our various business units, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of all business units, including but not limited to finance, human resources, marketing, and sales.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve overall business performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and make necessary adjustments to achieve company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations and financial management.
