VP Of Operations Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategies with the executive team. Optimize processes for productivity and compliance. Oversee labor management agreements for fair practices and efficiency. Enforce safety protocols. Manage fleet operations for maintenance, compliance, and efficiency. Analyze performance metrics to reduce costs and enhance revenue. Improve profitability while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and effective service delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Forecast resources and plan capacity for business demands. Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. VP Of Operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive operations leadership, preferably in [industry/sector]. Expertise in LMA management, process safety, fleet management, profitability analysis, and service delivery. Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
