Role Overview
s our Business Development Representative (BDR) with a focus on ISO relationships, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by leveraging your network and expertise to acquire qualified leads and originate RBLs through strategic partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). You will be the bridge between our innovative Revenue Based Lending Solutions and the vast network of potential borrowers reached by our ISO partners.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build mutually beneficial partnerships with ISOs specializing in connecting lenders with businesses that fit our RBL criteria.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ISO contacts, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our RBL products.
  • Generate qualified leads for RBLs through proactive outreach, education, and collaboration with ISO partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for leads generated through ISO partnerships, from initial contact to loan completion.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and sales materials to showcase the benefits of our RBL offerings to ISOs and their clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the curve and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing strategies for optimizing our partnership program and maximizing RBL origination through ISOs.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, particularly with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs).
  • Deep understanding of the RBL space and the value proposition of RBL solutions for businesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about exceeding goals.
