Well established CPA firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant Office Manager to join our team! This high visibility role will support the firm management and professional staff to service clients and help run the firm's daily operations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Scanning client tax return and other information
  • Assistance with tax returns, estimates and extension electronic filing and processing
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Assistance with letters and other communications to clients and outside parties
  • Internal and external mail and faxing duties
  • Assistance with limited HR, personnel and benefit functions
  • Work with outside vendors, building maintenance and other service providers
  • Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • CPA firm experience highly preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Computer literate, including good Microsoft Office skills
