Senior Tax Associate

You’re working for a small or mid-tier firm. You’ve got to Senior Associate grade but you don’t see a future path to Manager, Director or Partner. What next?

Do you join a larger firm who have a bigger headcount but you know the hours are going to be long and you’ll be competing with so many others to get that next promotion? You might have looked at smaller firms that are family owned but you can’t see a path for progression.

This firm are different. They’re a small firm with a loyal, long-established client base but they have a clear progression plan in place as they look to hire their next Senior Tax Associate. The Partner is getting to a stage in his career where he is looking to take less responsibility which will allow you to make the step up over the next 3-5 years.

You’ll get to work with some really interesting clients in the non-profit and government space. So if you’re stuck at your current firm with no clear plan in place for advancement, this is a brilliant firm who are great at retaining their staff.
