Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
1. Building up and leading the testing team to the success of the project.
2. Need to own & lead the Team as Agile Test coach.
3. Define Test scope, Test Strategy. Review the Testplan, Handover, Release documents within the context of each release / delivery.
4. Good control and understanding of Domain and Test Management Tools (Functional and Automation).
5. Work experience on Test Management tool, Test Automation tools, scripting, DB validations, Service validations, CI/CD pipeline, Devops, Testing.
6. Deploying and managing resources for testing.
7. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the testing team.
Good-to-Have •Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
•Development and definition of test methods and test tools.
•Technical management and control of the test team.
•Documentation of test activities and preparation of the results. Coordinating on these activities with test teams, development teams and required stakeholders.
•Knowledge or work experience on Azure, selenium, Tosca is added advantage.
