Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! Our facilities are located in New Jersey and Arizona, where we've created The Art & Science of Real - combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As an Assistant Manager of Receiving, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business to ensure proper inventory control and service level agreement compliance. The expected salary range for this role is $57,000.00-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

- Oversee fashion processing and consignment flow
- Ensure the receiving team is achieving company-set goals and coach to KPI's
- Retain and develop top talent - Build rapport with a diverse group of employees
- Management of backlog as well as opening and end-of-day reporting
- Provide coverage on the receiving floor, focusing on team culture, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with senior management, other AMs, and supervisors to develop and execute plans
- Uphold company brand and conditions standards
- Conduct impactful individual and team touch bases
- Hold regular constructive coaching conversations with direct reports, manage performance, set individual goals, follow up on results, celebrate wins, and coach to opportunities
Minimum Requirements:
- +1 years experience leading a highly functioning team in a metrics-based environment
- Proven success with process implementation and facilitation with measurable KPIs
- Highly motivated, dependable and proactive
- Able to lead by example
- Great time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Able to work independently but has the ability to manage a large group in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- 'Can-do' attitude
- Solution minded and detail oriented
- Comfortable in high volume and fast paced work environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.)
- Experience leading a team within a warehouse production environment
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
