Job Description:

The Account Representative will manage and service existing clients while also developing new business with prospective and existing clients. They will conduct in person and out of the office sales calls to promote and sell Impact Solutions products and services. This position will work closely with the sales support team and the sales manager to meet the needs of clients.

We are looking for an experienced Account Representative with a proven history of consultative selling and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Service and support existing clients

Develop and grow business with existing clients

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities

• Conduct out-of-office sales calls with current clients and prospects

• Uncover client’s needs and offer value-added products and services appropriate for them

• Follow-up consistently in timely manner

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline

• Achieve sales and profit goals with no geographical territory limitation

• Maintain client profiles and produce weekly activity reports

• Utilize educational and industry materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree — business concentration preferred

• 4 years business-to-business, outside sales experience

• Strong work ethic, disciplined, passionate, self-starter with high degree of integrity

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

• Proficient communicator, both verbally and in writing

• Experience in print, promotional products, fulfillment, marketing services, and/or advertising industry a plus.
