SUMMARY:

The Account Manager is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively and seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. This position will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, Operations Managers and Accounting) to improve the entire customer experience. Excellent communication skills and in depth understanding of consumer behaviors are essential to being successful in this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interact with customers and technicians, provide information in response to inquiries about service offerings and resolve customer complaints. Additional duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Verify estimates/invoices and agreements, taxation status are submitted to the appropriate customer’s service portals

Resolve customer issues through collaboration with internal and external customers.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Resolve customer service complaints by referring and assigning to the Task Manager for call back.

Determine charges for requested services, quote trip charges and arrange for billing.

Solicit sales of new or additional services or product offerings to acquire new business

Recommend improvements in products, service, or membership to prevent future problems.

Must be extremely detail oriented and able to accurately process transactions

Assist with resolving challenging client requests or issues and escalate when necessary

Send and receive documents to establish new customer relationships and onboard them into our internal systems and external customer portals

Assist in collection efforts

Perform other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Five (5) years of Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant experience required

SKILLS:

Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively

Solid experience with MS Office suite

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Excellent listening skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

ServiceTitan experience a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position works in a climate-controlled office

This is an office position Remote or hybrid is not an option

WORK HOURS:

Forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday.

SUPERVISION:

None.

COMPENSATION:

This is a full-time non-exempt position, Monday through Friday
