- Provides friendly, courteous service and follow-up.
- First contact for all issues, requests, and questions.
- Field issues and requests for owners and guests.
- Maintained condition and damage control for homes/units.
- Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, and emailing.
- Securing reservation bookings and speaking with guests.
- Handle guest and employee concerns expeditiously in a manner that is beneficial to all involved.
- Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.
